A joint project of Soviet Past Research Laboratory and Community Development Centre within the framework of which a guidebook for Red Terror in Telavi was published. The content has been produced by Sovlab within the framework of the project ''Topography of Terror'', based on archival documents and oral stories. The giudebook was printed by the Community Development Centre.
