On June 23, Soviet Past Research Laboratory's researcher Irakli Khvadagiani was released from pre-arrest detention isolator after his trial process held at the Tbilisi court of appeals. As for Dato Khvadagiani, his court appearance was postponed and the trial was set for 3 July. Right now, his medical examination has passed and his health condition is satisfactory.

On June 21, Soviet Past Research Laboratory researchers Irakli Khvadagiani and Davit Khvadagiani were detained during the dispersal of the rally. As Irakli Khvadagiani said to netgazeti, they were beaten and ill-treated while detained. They participated in the rally which was held against the visit of the Russian delegation to Georgia.
